Terms & Conditions for Payment
  • Once you have registered you will be contacted by the Bentley Events Team (Søster Agency) who will send you payment details. Payment must be made by BACS transfer, and we cannot accept credit cards. To confirm your place payment must be made in full within 48 business hours of receiving the invoice.
  • If payment is not made within 48 business hours your space on the trip will be released and offered to those on the waiting list. Once all places on the trip have been confirmed and paid for, you will be added to the waiting list.
  • For avoidance of doubt, in the case of guest cancellation, guests should assume that their booking and payment are 100% non-refundable. In the case that you cannot attend the event or need to cancel in advance, Bentley will make best efforts to re-sell your space on the event for a partial refund, although this can never be guaranteed.
